Ever since I can remember, I was always interested in mixing ingredients to make something new. Growing up, I realized I had a gift for cooking and baking and decided to turn my passion into a career.

I have a small home-business making delicious biscuits and cakes of all kinds and I also offer function catering with snack platters or meals.

But, learning how to work with CHOCOLATE has been a dream come true and it's definitely an exciting journey. I thoroughly enjoy exploring and creating blissful and decadent treats that make wonderful gifts for a loved one or to add something special to any occasion.
